The liquid crystal layer (130) is formed between the first substrate (110) and the second substrate (120), the first polarizer (140) is arranged at the outer side of the first substrate (110), the second polarizer (150) is arranged at the outer side of the second substrate (120), the half-wavelength phase difference plate (160) is arranged on the first polarizer (140), and the quarter-wavelength phase difference plate (170) is arranged on the half-wavelength phase difference plate (160).
