Abstract

The invention relates to a method for customizing and inquiring a heterogeneous BOM (Bill of Materiel) based on a complex product. The method is realized on the basis of a hierarchical structure model of a browser/server and comprises the following steps of: 1) collecting information of the heterogeneous BOM: realizing data sharing and interactive updating of various heterogeneous BOM data structures by a uniform data interface; 2) establishing a BOM attribute data table of a data layer and executing an automatic extracting system: dividing the BOM attribute data table into a main attribute information general table and a configuration attribute information general table, and performing an automatic extracting program, namely extracting the BOM attribute data, and then updating the BOM attribute data by adopting an updating strategy program if the BOM table is changed; and 3) designing a user operation method for manufacturing personnel. The method has the beneficial effects that: (1)the design and the technology are convenient, and the manufacturing personnel can conveniently inquire and acquire the appointed BOM information; (2) the operation can be simplified or performed in aparallel manner in a manufacturing process, the comparison is realized and the manufacturing efficiency is promoted; and (3) the instantaneity and the accuracy of data are ensured.
