Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method of a call center for a target point search result. The processing method comprises the following steps of: receiving a search request and acquiring target point information corresponding to the search request; with a search center corresponding to the search request as a center, searching map data within a preset distance range and acquiring the target point search result matched with the target point; and screening the target point search result according to a search result feedback condition corresponding to the search request and retaining the target point search result meeting the search result feedback condition. The invention also provides the call center which comprises a receiving unit, a search unit and a screening unit and is used for realizing the processing method of the call center for the target point search result. The invention also provides a search system which comprises a request end and the call center. According to the search system, the problem that the accuracy of the search result is increased when how the map is searched by the call center is solved.
