Embodiment 1

[0026] The designed meibomian gland massager of the utility model, such as figure 1 As shown, it consists of a massage part and a manipulation part. The massage part is composed of a pair of massage sheets, including a skin contact sheet (1) and a conjunctiva contact sheet (2). The length of the massage sheet can be divided into three levels: 3-3.5cm, 2-3cm, and 1-2cm to suit patients with different palpebral fissure lengths, and the combined width of the two pieces should be greater than 5mm. The conjunctival contact sheet (2) has a thickness of 2-4 mm and a smooth surface so that it can smoothly enter the conjunctival sac, reduce friction with the conjunctiva, and prevent damage to the conjunctiva. The massage pieces are arranged parallel to each other. When the hand-held part is pressed, the facing surfaces of the massage pieces are close to each other and can be strictly closed so that when a pair of massage pieces put pressure on the meibomian glands, they can be extrude...

Embodiment 2

[0028] The meibomian gland massager designed by the utility model also has a heating function, such as figure 2 As shown, it consists of a massage part and a manipulation part. Abstract

The invention discloses a meibomian gland massaging tool for treating xerophthalmia. In a traditional method, two cotton swabs are arranged inside and outside of an upper eyelid and a lower eyelid under topical anesthesia, and the meibomian gland is gradually extruded. According to the method, the operation is inconvenient, the elapsed time is long and the sufferer is painful. In order to effectively and efficiently treat in a minimal invasive manner, the invention designs a treatment tool combined with hot compress and meibomian gland massaging at present. The massager is divided into a massaging section and a handling section. The massaging section is composed of a pair of massaging plates, and folded widths of the two plates can be more than 5mm. one plate is a smooth conjunctiva contact plate of which the thickness is 2-4mm and the other plate is a skin contact plate containing a heating resistance wire. The handling section comprises a clamping section, a handheld section, a rivet and an elastic section. A temperature control circuit is arranged inside the skin contact plate with a hollow structure; a control device also comprises a display device for displaying temperature and heating time of the skin contact plate in real time; the temperature control circuit is set by a temperature setting button, and a time control button is used for setting the time of heating the eyelids by the skin contact plate.

Description

technical field [0001] The utility model belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a meibomian gland massager. Background technique [0002] Dry eye syndrome is a common ocular surface disease. Due to the extensive use of computers, air conditioners, and contact lenses, the incidence is on the rise. Mild cases often have symptoms such as dryness, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, itching, and photophobia, while severe cases show conjunctival dryness, ulcers, scars, corneal pannus, etc., and severe cases cannot work normally. [0003] An effective treatment for dry eye patients is physical therapy, including heat compresses and meibomian gland massage. Because the tears are divided into three layers, the outermost layer is the lipid layer, which is secreted by the meibomian glands, which can slow down the evaporation of tears. The oil in the meibomian glands is discharged by blinking. If blinking is reduced, lipids accumulate in the m...
