The composition contains pyraoxystrobin and cyprodinil serving as active ingredients and the balance of auxiliary components, wherein the mass ratio of pyraoxystrobin to cyprodinil is (1-80): (80-1); the total mass of pyraoxystrobin and cyprodinil serving as the active ingredients in the preparation accounts for 1 to 80 percent of the total mass of the whole preparation; and the bactericidal composition can be prepared in pesticide formulations such as missible oil, suspension, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsion in water and micro emulsion. The composition is mainly used for preventing and controlling gray mold, powdery mildew, scabs, glume blight and wheat ocellus, and also has excellent prevention and control effect on cucumber downy mildew, grape downy mildew, tomato late blight and cucumber anthracnose.
