Abstract

The invention relates to an okra beverage. The okra beverage comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 20 parts of fresh okra juice, 3 to 5 parts of white granulated sugar, 1 to 2 parts of honey, 0.3 to 0.6 part of a food additive and 0.05 part of edible essence. The food additive is selected from at least one of sorbic acid potassium and vitamin C. The machining process comprises the following steps of: S1, preparing raw materials; S2, preparing filter liquor; S3, diluting the filter liquor; S4, mixing; S5, fixing the volume; and S6, sterilizing and canning. The white granulated sugar can pass through a 120-mesh sieve. The okra beverage has the advantages that the fresh okra green fruits or tender pods adopted as the raw material are pulverized by using a pulping machine, and therefore, the nutrients of the obtained filter liquor are maintained complete, and the taste is not changed; and used preparing equipment is the conventional equipment, the preparing process is simple, the cost is low, and the mass processing of products can be facilitated.
