Abstract

The invention discloses a horizontal double-sided radiation vacuum furnace for vacuum deep cut of heavy crude oil. The vacuum furnace comprises a furnace body, two radiation chambers, a convection chamber, radiation hearths, eight groups of furnace pipes, and burners, wherein the furnace body is in a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'Tu'; the convection chamber is positioned above the middle in the furnace body; each radiation chamber is symmetrically divided by a separation wall in the middle to form two radiation hearths; the convection chamber is arranged above a space between the two radiation chambers; the two radiation chambers are separated by a space with two opened ends formed by two radiation furnace walls; each radiation hearth is in a rectangular hollow structure; each group of furnace pipes comprises a group of convection pipes and a group of radiation pipes which are connected by outer oil transfer lines of the furnace body; each part of the convection chamber is horizontally provided with a plurality of rows of convection pipes corresponding to four groups of furnace pipes; two groups of radiation pipes are distributed in the center of each radiation hearth in a manner of longitudinal single-row horizontal pipes; an inlet of each convection pipe is connected with a heating oil product pipeline by a flange; and an outlet of each radiation pipe is connected with an input pipeline of a vacuum tower by a flange.
