Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a browser for processing collapse of application software. The method for processing the collapse of the application software includes: setting a collapse analysis unit and a collapse configuration table on an application software side, wherein the collapse configuration table at least comprises a mapping relation between a collapse module of the application software and repair information corresponding to the collapse module; obtaining collapse data when the application software collapses, and sending the collapse data and the collapse configuration table to the collapse analysis unit; starting the collapse analysis unit for analyzing the collapse data so as to obtain a module of the application software, which collapses, and matching the module with the collapse configuration table; and loading and displaying the repair information which is matched with the collapse module in the collapse configuration table on the application software side. According to the method and the browser for processing the collapse of the application software, first analysis of the collapse module of the browser can be performed on the browser, and by combining the method and the browser with configuration files on a server side, a solution is rapidly issued, and furthermore resolving efficiency of the collapse of the browser is greatly improved.
