Abstract

A rotary drum is mounted at the upper end of the inner portion of the bin body and directly faces the garbage container at the bottom end of the inner portion of the bin body, one side of the bin body is connected with a side cover, a pedal is mounted at the bottom end of the inner portion of the side cover, the pedal, a connecting rod, a rocker and the bin body form a four-rod mechanism in the side cover, the rocker is connected with a pawl which is mounted on the outer wall of the bin body in the side cover, the pawl is embedded among tooth faces of a rachet wheel through a spring, the rachet wheel is mounted on the end portion, positioned in the side cover, of a rotary shaft of the rotary drum, and the axis of the rachet wheel is coincident with that of the rotary shaft of the rotary drum.
