Problems solved by technology
At present, there are many units involved in the research and formulation of standards, but unfortunately, none of them has been recognized by the industry
This has caused each home network manufacturer to use its own private standards, which are incompatible with each other, and most home appliance manufacturers are on the sidelines, unwilling to take the risk of mass production of products that meet a certain standard
[0005] (2) The structure is rigid and the sales method is not flexible
Since there is no unified standard, it is very difficult for home network manufacturers to support multiple home devices
As a result, most home network manufacturers mainly sell in a bundled manner, that is, allowing users to purchase a home network controller and other home devices designated by the manufacturer at one time. Most of the architecture itself only supports these devices, and generally does not allow users to purchase devices by themselves Connect to home network
[0006] (3) Troublesome installation and deployment
However, such functions often require the user's family to have a public IP address (which may be fixed or dynamic), which is not available for some families that use shared access (such as residential broadband)
[0008] (5) Lack of multimedia functions
[0009] (6) Poor scalability
Most of the current home network products are essentially a hard-coded system. Once produced, there is almost no room for expansion
It is difficult for third-party manufacturers to use the existing system as a platform to develop products with new functions

Abstract
The invention discloses a Web service oriented home network system architecture which comprises a physical architecture and a logical architecture. The Web service oriented home network system architecture is characterized in that a home area network is constructed by the aid of IEEE (institute of electrical and electronic engineers) 802.3 and IEEE 802.11 protocols in the architecture, the problem of semantic difference is solved by the aid of a home gateway, the home gateway is divided into a broadband router and a central server when the home gateway is designed, a home gateway software system is deployed on the central server, a virtual equipment technology is adopted in the home gateway software system of the central server and provides an operation interface and an API (application program interface) for end users and third-party application programs, and design detail, implementation algorithm and coding operation for realizing functions is completed. The Web service oriented home network system architecture has the advantages that an equipment interconnecting function which is the most important in various functions of an existing home network is realized, the problem of semantic difference of equipment is solved, and the system architecture is sufficiently flexible and expandable.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of computer applications, and in particular relates to a home network system architecture oriented to Web services under the Internet network environment. Background technique [0002] The concept of digital home network was born in 1994. Later, with the development of the Internet and the digital innovation of home appliances, home network gradually became a hot research topic. Large companies such as Intel, IBM, and Microsoft have already started research in related fields, and have also made practical attempts such as the "Venus" project. Enterprise alliances and organizations such as DLNA and UPnP Forum are also working hard for the standardization of home networks. At present, research on home network architecture is one of the main research directions of smart home. [0003] However, home network technology has not been widely used until today. There are many reasons for this. In addition to cost and market f...
