The method is based on the system of the Internet of Things which comprises a control master station, a concentrator and an electric power measurement terminal; the method is also equipped with a voice prompt device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring terminal user power consumption data by the electric power measurement terminal; uploading the data to the concentrator; performing statistics for the power consumption condition of each user and the overall power consumption condition of the area by the concentrator, and uploading to the control master station according to time; judging by the control master station according to the received power consumption information of each user transmitted by each concentrator of each area; if during the peak season of power consumption or non-peak season of power consumption, in respect to the user that has a power consumption exceeding the set limiting value, implementing different electricity price; in respect to the user that does not have a power consumption exceeding the set limiting value, implementing a third measuring unit price. The method provided by the invention gives consideration to the situation of a single user, and combines peak season to charge according to time and category, so as to make the charging of electricity measurement more scientific and more reasonable.
