The apparatus further comprises a nonmagnetic dielectric slab connected with the magnetic dielectric rods and is provided with at least two magnetic dielectric blocks with different corner angles. According to the invention, through arrangement of the nonmagnetic dielectric slab connected with the magnetic dielectric rods and arrangement of the at least two magnetic dielectric blocks with different shapes and corner angles on the nonmagnetic dielectric slab, corner angles and round parts of the magnetic dielectric blocks have different magnetic field intensities, such a structure enables magnetic field intensity gradient to be increased, so the field intensity of a whole magnetic field is sufficient enough to realize omnibearing effective capture of magnetic ore granules with different granularities, and thus, the recovery rate of the magnetic ore granules is increased.
