Problems solved by technology

[0005] The current problem is: For small and medium-sized electric energy meter manufacturers, there are no professionals in electromagnetic compatibility design. Only by taking measures such as adding magnetic beads based on experience, I don’t know where the problem is
In 2010, a three-phase radio frequency card meter newly developed by the applicant failed to pass the inspection of the Provincial Institute of Metrology due to excessive radiation interference, and failed to pass the inspection after several inspections

Embodiment Construction

[0070] The design method of the present invention is as Figure 9 shown, including the following steps:

[0071] 1), start principle design; drawing, select device;

[0072] 2), layout and installation; forming a prototype;

[0073] 3), battery power supply test; the prototype only uses battery power supply, enters the microwave anechoic chamber to carry out the electromagnetic interference test, and obtains the electromagnetic radiation intensity test curve of the prototype Figure 1 ,like Figure 4 shown;

[0074] 4) Judging whether the radiation interference of high-frequency circuits exceeds the standard; the basis for judging is Figure 4 The horizontal fold line above the center (marked with GB9254),

[0075] If there is no abnormality, continue to the next step;

[0076] If there is any abnormality, calibrate the electromagnetic radiation intensity test curve Figure 1 Abnormal point in, read the value of the abnormal point, if the value is an integer multiple of t...

Abstract

The invention discloses an analysis design method for reducing the radiation interference of an intelligent electric energy meter and provides a scheme which involves scientific and high-efficient fault and defect analyzing, problem solving and design improving. The method comprises the following steps: 1). beginning principle designing: drawing and selecting devices; 2). arranging a board, installing, and forming a prototype; 3). carrying out a battery power supply test; 4). determining whether the radiation interference of a high-frequency circuit exceeds a standard; 5). carrying out a first battery power supply test; 6). determining whether the radiation interference of a power supply circuit exceeds a standard; 7). carrying out a second battery power supply test; 8). determining whether the radiation interference of a metering circuit exceeds a standard; and 9). finishing. The method is designed by taking a national standard compulsorily executed in the industry as a criterion. By using the method, the capacity level of the design personnel of small and medium-sized electric energy meter manufacturers in analyzing, designing and improving radiation interference defects in a product designing process in a high-efficient and standard mode can be improved, the time, cost and labor for repeated examination can be reduced, the research and development cost can be saved, the research and development period can be shortened, and the product cost can be lowered.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of design process of a smart electric energy meter, in particular to an analysis of causes of radiation interference of a smart electric meter, defect analysis and an improved method for optimal design thereof. Background technique [0002] As a metering product for electric energy metering and electricity bill settlement, the smart energy meter not only requires the product to have accurate and stable metering performance, but also requires the product to have strong anti-electromagnetic interference, anti-shock and harsh environment capabilities, so as to ensure that the electricity consumption information under any circumstances Correct and reliable, to ensure that the interests of both electricity and power supply are not damaged. Most smart energy meters are designed with single-chip microcomputer technology, and electromagnetic interference is one of the main reasons for the failure or performance degr...
