The infusion automatic monitoring device is arranged at a terminal of a hospital bed, can be switched into a system used in a hospital currently in a matching manner and also can be matched with other various switchboards in the market. In the whole infusion process of the infusion automatic monitoring device, no magnetic field is generated; other instruments are not influenced; physiopathology of a patient is also not influenced; the microprocessor can be preset or set on site to adapt to various conditions; and the infusion automatic monitoring device not only can be used for monitoring whether liquid medicine exists in an infusion tube, but also can be used for monitoring the flow rate of the liquid medicine, and abnormity is more convenient to find.
