Problems solved by technology

[0011] Since GIS is a fully enclosed device, the temperature of conductive parts cannot be detected by conventional temperature measuring devices, and problems such as inaccurate alignment during the assembly process often lead to temperature rise of the isolating switch contacts. This fault is also one of the main faults of the isolating switch.
However, there are very few studies on the internal temperature rise monitoring of GIS before, and there are only studies on the heating monitoring of bus conductors

Embodiment Construction

[0047] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0048] Such as figure 1 , the present invention provides a kind of method for on-line monitoring the contact temperature rise of the isolating switch inside the GIS tank body, comprising the following steps:

[0049] Step 1: Determine the emissivity of the isolating switch contacts inside the GIS tank;

[0050] Step 2: monitoring the radiation power of the isolating switch contacts, and calculating the absolute temperature of the isolating switch contacts;

[0051] Step 3: Correct the absolute temperature of the isolation switch contacts.

[0052] The emissivity of the isolating switch contact is the physical quantity of the isolating switch contact relative to the radiation ability of the black body. It is not only related to the material shape, surface roughness, unevenness, etc. of the object, but also related to the direction of the test. If the isolatin...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for online monitoring temperature rising of a contact of a disconnecting switch in a GIS tank. The method comprises the steps that an infrared sensor is used for receiving infrared rays sent by a temperature rising part, the capacity of the infrared rays is converted into electrical signals, the electrical signals are converted to be the radiating power of the contact of the disconnecting switch through an amplifier, a signal processing circuit and an AD converting circuit, then the absolute temperature of the contact of the disconnecting switch is calculated through the Stefan-Boltzmann law, and at last the absolute temperature is corrected to obtain the accurate absolute temperature of the contact of the disconnecting switch. According to the method for online monitoring the temperature rising of the contact of the disconnecting switch in the GIS tank, the temperature rising of the contact of the disconnecting switch in the GIS tank is monitored in real time under the condition of charged operating, and accidents are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a monitoring method, in particular to a method for on-line monitoring the temperature rise of a contact of a disconnector inside a GIS tank body. Background technique [0002] Any object above absolute zero will emit energy in the form of electromagnetic waves. This energy is called radiant energy. The thermal effect of electromagnetic waves in the infrared short-wave part with a wavelength of 0.76-40 μm is the most obvious. Therefore, the infrared sensor can be used to measure the temperature of the temperature rising part by receiving the infrared rays emitted by the heating part. [0003] At present, there are existing methods for GIS temperature measurement in the industry, mainly through the transformation of the local material of the GIS conductor to increase the emissivity of the conductor surface, and then use the infrared sensor to receive infrared measurement of temperature. It is not applicable to the GIS that is pu...
