Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of piston fittings and relates to a wearable monomeric collar and a manufacturing method thereof. The wearable monomeric collar is composed of 2.4 to 2.8 weight parts of C, 1.8 to 2.4 weight parts of Si, 1.0 to 1.4 weight parts of Mn, 13.5 to 17 weight parts of Ni, 5.0 to 7.0 weight parts of Cu, 0 to 1 weight part of S, 0 to 0.1 parts of P and 0.08 to 0.18 weight parts of nucleating agent. The manufacturing method for the wearable monomeric collar includes: (1) bonding a monomeric mold of the wearable collar on a template of a molding machine; (2) preparing materials according to the weight parts of the chemical ingredients of the wearable collar; (3) smelting the materials into molten iron through a variable-frequency induction furnace, casting into a sand box, and de-molding after naturally cooling; (4) machining on a numerically-controlled machine tool to obtain the annular wearable collar. The wearable monomeric collar and the manufacturing method thereof have advantages that the semi-finished wearable monomeric collar can be directly processed into finished product by means of the manufacturing method, the processing is finished easily and quickly, the raw materials are saved, and the manufacturing method is suitable for manufacturing the wearable monomeric collar.
