Problems solved by technology

Using the above method, on the one hand, it is necessary to use special equipment to load and unload the heavy weights, and on the other hand, it also needs a relatively large space to store the heavy weights, which makes the test cumbersome, inconvenient to operate, and takes up a large test site

Abstract

The invention provides a force loading method used for a vehicle chassis test. One of two opposite action points of a first linear driver is connected onto a force-applying point of a chassis to be detected, and the other action point is connected onto a fixing component. Force bore on the force-applying point is increased by controlling extension of the first linear driver. According to the method, the first linear driver is adopted to act as a force-applying part to be connected with the chassis of the tested vehicle. Size of a load (i.e. action force) loaded on the chassis can be conveniently controlled via controlling extension of the first linear driver so that operation is relatively simple. Besides, compared with the mode of loading heavy counterweights for acting load in the prior art, the heavy counterweights are saved and space for placing the heavy counterweights is not needed correspondingly by adopting the aforementioned method so that test place is saved and place utilization rate is enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle chassis performance testing, in particular to a method for simulating vehicle load loading force for vehicle chassis testing. Background technique [0002] At present, vehicles are widely used in the transportation of personnel and materials, and the requirements for the comfort and safety of vehicle operation are getting higher and higher. Therefore, in the process of vehicle R&D and production, it is necessary to conduct corresponding tests to obtain corresponding performance parameters, to provide experimental data for improving vehicle performance, or to provide a basis for judging whether the vehicle meets the corresponding performance indicators. Among the various tests of vehicles, the test of chassis performance is an important test item. At present, when the chassis is tested, the test vehicle is generally placed on the test stand, and then the test vehicle is loaded with heavy weights f...
