Problems solved by technology

Although extensive research has been done on the use of hyperspectral imaging technology to detect the internal quality of fruit, such as sugar content (or soluble solids content), hardness, moisture content, and external damage, none of the existing studies have involved kiwi fruit swelling. fruit identification

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The method of the invention has good versatility for the non-destructive identification of the enlarged kiwi fruit of different varieties. Because there are many kinds of kiwifruit, the present invention only takes a main variety of Shaanxi Province—"Xixuan No. 2" kiwifruit as an example, and the identification of other kinds of kiwifruit enlarged fruits can be carried out with reference to the method of this embodiment. Specifically, according to the tested kiwifruit variety, a kiwifruit swollen fruit recognition model suitable for the variety is established, and the kiwifruit swollen fruit of the variety can be detected.

[0028] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with drawings and embodiments.

[0029] The method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

[0030] Step 1: Select kiwifruit expanded fruit and non-expanded fruit samples. Select a batch of intact samples with relatively regular s...

Abstract

The invention discloses a nondestructive detection method of swelled kiwi fruits (kiwi fruits obtained by applying a swelling agent) based on a hyperspectral imaging technology. The method comprises the following steps: scanning a batch of intact swelled kiwi fruit samples and non-swelled kiwi fruit samples with a hyperspectral imaging system as a tool to obtain hyperspectral image information of the samples; carrying out black and white correction and masking treatment of hyperspectral images, and extracting the average spectrum of a whole fruit area; preprocessing the average spectrum; dividing to form a correction set and a prediction set; reducing dimensions of spectral data to extract characteristic wavelengths or characteristic variables reflecting the swelled kiwi fruits; and establishing a linear or non-linear model for the nondestructive identification of the swelled kiwi fruits, and examining the model. The correct recognition rate of the method to the swelled kiwi fruits is greater than 99%. The method used for detecting whether the swelling agent is applied to the kiwi fruits or not based on the hyperspectral imaging technology has the advantages of nondestructive property, high efficiency, high accuracy and reliable result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of non-destructive detection of swollen fruit, in particular to a non-destructive detection method for swollen kiwi fruit based on hyperspectral imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Kiwi fruit is tender and juicy, fragrant and delicious, pleasantly sweet and sour, and rich in nutrition, and is deeply loved by consumers. Since the early 1990s, exogenous plant growth regulators or exogenous plant growth hormones (commonly known as bulking agents), such as forchlorfenuron and piroxuron, have been widely used in kiwifruit production as an important production-increasing technology. Promote apps. Usually, the fruit that has been applied with swelling agent is called enlarged fruit. Although the swelling agent can increase the yield of kiwifruit by 30% to 50%, compared with the fruit without the application of the swelling agent (normal fruit), the quality of the expanded fruit is poor, and it is no...
