Abstract

The invention discloses a classified identification method for tea based on a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The classified identification method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, acquiring an absorption spectrum of a standard tea sample in a terahertz wave band by using a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy measuring device; secondly, selecting spectrum data in the proper wave band as the feature of the tea and extracting main data features of the tea; establishing a classification model of the tea by adopting a neural network method; obtaining a terahertz absorption spectrum of the tea to be identified according to the method, extracting the feature of the tea, calling the established model for classifying and determining the varieties of the tea to be identified. The classified identification method has the advantages of no need of complex pretreatment process, short testing time, little influence from subjective factors, no damage to the detected sample and high identification accuracy. The classified identification method is applicable to the identification of conventional common tea varieties.
