The invention discloses an online perchlorate monitoring system which comprises a sampling device, a sample introduction device, a water sample pretreatment device, an ion chromatographic analysis device and a data acquisition processing device, wherein the sampling device is used for automatically extracting and storing a water sample from a monitoring point; the sample introduction device is used for extracting the water sample from the sampling device, pushing the water sample into the water sample pretreatment device and pushing the water sample treated by the water sample pretreatment device into the ion chromatographic analysis device; the water sample pretreatment device is used for removing interference impurities in the water sample; the ion chromatographic analysis device is used for generating corresponding perchlorate map information for the pretreated water sample; the data acquisition processing device is used for reading the perchlorate map information generated by the ion chromatographic analysis device so as to determine the content of perchlorate in the water sample.
