The device comprises a self-sealing type protective shell, two-dimensional flexible strain sensing units, a strain sensing unit concave slide groove, a data acquisition-transmission multifunctional unit, a high-performance storage battery pack and slide rods, wherein the protective shell is provided with slide bolt holes and slide cavities, and the slide rods are arranged in fixing bolt holes; the flexible strain sensing unit is of a microstructure gradient cylinder and composed of work blocks and compensation blocks; two-dimensional surface strain measuring devices are arranged on the well wall surface in a club shape, the data acquisition-transmission multifunctional unit acquires and stores strain and temperature information of the well wall in the strain sensing units, and data transmission in fixed time between a wellhead receiving equipment terminal and the surface strain measuring devices is realized in a wireless manner.
