The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking the salvia miltiorrhiza, scutellaria baicalensis, gardenia and honeysuckle flower for 2 hours by using clear water, boiling the medicinal materials and the soaking water in an earthenware pot, boiling for half an hour by using soft fire, filtering the decoction dregs, and removing the filtrate; heating and concentrating while shaking, and blending the honey into thin paste; cleansing by using warm water, removing the facial oil and dirt, coating the salvia miltiorrhiza and gardenia mask, and washing the mask by using clear water within 30 minutes, wherein the mask is dressed once per day in the morning and evening.
