Abstract

A multi-degree-of-freedom switching device for an advance drilling machine of a shield heading machine comprises an advance drilling machine installation part, an advancing beam assembly, a joist, a bracket, a switching frame, a bottom bracket and a drilling machine port. The advance drilling machine installation part is connected with the advancing beam assembly. The joist is located below the advancing beam assembly and is in sliding connection with the advancing beam assembly. The middle portion of the bracket is hinged to the switching frame. The switching frame is hinged to the bottom bracket, and a pitching oil cylinder is arranged between the tail portion of the bracket and the bottom bracket. The drilling machine port is in rotating connection with the bottom bracket. The drilling machine port is arranged at the position which forms a 180-degree angle with the head portion of a segment erector so that the advance drilling machine can be installed on a moving ring beam of the segment erector and the advance drilling machine can drill slanting holes on the periphery of the shield heading machine whether the shield heading machine is at a linear heading position or curved heading position. The multi-degree-of-freedom switching device controls each degree of freedom, and enables the advance drilling machine to take its place accurately for drilling of advance holes.
