The device comprises a coarse effect filtering channel, an a high effect filtering channel, a head blower of an outdoor particular matter sensor and an indoor particular matter sensor, wherein the coarse effect filtering channel and the a high effect filtering channel are connected in parallel and arranged between the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the air duct of the building; the coarse effect filtering channel comprises a coarse effect filter and a coarse effect channel air valve; the a high effect filtering channel comprises a coarse effect filter, a high- and medium-effect filter of an a high effect channel, a high effect channel air valve and an assistant fan. The device further comprises first pressure difference sensors, second pressure difference sensors and a PLC, wherein the first pressure difference sensors are connected to two ends of the coarse effect filter; the second pressure difference sensors are connected to the inlet end of the coarse effect filter and the outlet end of the high- and medium-effect filter; the PLC is equipped with a visual touch screen and is electrically connected.
