The method comprises the steps that a business information processing request of a user is received, and the business information processing request comprises a business information processing type and user identification; authority of the user corresponding to user identification for requesting to process corresponding business of the business information processing type is confirmed according to the business information processing request; and when the authority is confirmed, the business information processing request is processed and a business information processing result is outputted. The embodiment of the invention also correspondingly discloses a business information processing system. With application of the embodiment of the invention, authority management is performed on user processing of multiple types of business information so that various types of business information can be received for unified processing, and thus unified business information processing is realized.
