Embodiment 1

[0034] In this embodiment, a solution formed after a certain material is dissolved in a solvent (as a specific form of the above-mentioned substance) is taken as an example. Due to the interaction between light and matter generated by the material under laser irradiation, the material will Redistribution, if the solution is transparent, the distribution of the material upon laser irradiation is difficult to detect. Schematic diagram of laser irradiation solution as shown in figure 1 shown.

Embodiment 2

[0061] We use a simulation experiment to verify the correctness of the algorithm. The sampling point grid of the incident plane, the outgoing plane and the receiving plane is 512×512, and the interval between two sampling points is 15 μm. The incident light is Gaussian light with a beam waist radius of 48mm. The light intensity at the center of the Gaussian light is set to 1cd (candela). Design an arbitrary three-dimensional material distribution, and calculate the diffraction light intensity I of Gaussian light passing through the material on the receiving plane 2 (X 2 ). Then the incident light intensity I 0 (X 1 ) and diffracted light intensity I 2 (X 2 ) as a known quantity, use the method of the present invention to recover the three-dimensional distribution of the substance. By comparing the designed and recovered material distributions, we can evaluate the accuracy of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract

The invention provides a matter distribution detection method based on phase retrieval. Firstly, a wave function that contains phase change information is retrieved by means of incident light intensity and diffraction light intensity of transparent matters according to a gerchberg-saxton (GS) algorithm; then phase change is calculated in the obtained wave function by a phase evaluation algorithm based on a gradient field in order to avoid phase folding; finally, three-dimensional distribution of matters can be obtained according to linear models of the matter three-dimensional distribution and phase change. By means of the matter distribution detection method based on the phase retrieval, morphology and distribution of the transparent matters can be visually and accurately detected, and reliability and accuracy are high.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a material distribution detection method based on phase recovery. Background technique: [0002] Recently, researchers have come up with a new way to measure the viscosity of mucus. They implanted gold rod particles into the mucus and then tested the diffusion rate of the particles. The approach could help doctors better monitor and treat lung diseases such as cystic fibrosis. The detection of material distribution not only promotes the development of medical technology, but also has a good performance in the field of materials. Wei Ji et al. studied the self-diffraction phenomenon of carbon nanotube solution and used it to calculate the mass of carbon nanotubes. Just like other spectral-based detection methods, these methods cannot directly obtain the three-dimensional distribution of the substance we are interested in, but indirectly infer its possible distribution through the transmission spectrum. Moreover, the establi...
