The dual-working-condition electromagnetic valve for the water dispenser comprises a valve body which is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, a first valve port and a second valve port are arranged in the valve body, a fixed iron core assembly is assembled on the upper portion of the valve body and composed of a sleeve and a fixed iron core, a hole is vertically formed in the center of the sleeve, the fixed iron core is fixed to the upper end of the sleeve, a movable iron core assembly is arranged in the sleeve, a central hole is vertically formed in the upper portion of the movable iron core assembly, a spring is assembled in the central hole, the lower end of the movable iron core assembly is matched with the first valve port, and a magnet exciting coil is arranged outside the fixed iron core assembly; a gland is assembled on the lower portion of the valve body, a hand-operated adjusting rod capable of moving vertically is arranged at the center of the gland, and the upper end of the hand-operated adjusting rod is matched with the second valve port.
