The glucoamylase can be used for enhancing the gas storage density of the gas hydrate. The active components of the gas hydrate accelerant containing glucoamylase are tetrabutylammonium bromide and glucoamylase. The method for preparing the gas hydrate by using the gas hydrate accelerant comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a mixed solution by using tetrabutylammonium bromide, glucoamylase and water; and (2) introducing gas to be hydrated into the mixed solution and hydrating at the pressure of 0.5-10MPa and the temperature of 263-288 DEG C to obtain the gas hydrate.
