Abstract

The invention discloses an extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry online analysis method for a main stream smoke of cigarette, wherein online analysis is carried out on the main stream smoke of the cigarette by virtue of a single-pore-channel smoking machine and extractive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. A device used by the method comprises the single-pore-channel smoking machine, an extractive electrospray ionization source, a mass spectrum and the like, wherein the single-pore-channel smoking machine is connected with the extractive electrospray ionization source and the mass spectrum through a two-positive three-way solenoid valve, a polytetrafluoroethylene tube and a sample feeding cone hole. The analysis method comprises the following steps: smoking the cigarette by using the single-pore-channel smoking machine, charging the main stream smoke of the cigarette in the extractive electrospray ionization source through the two-positive three-way solenoid valve, the polytetrafluoroethylene tube and the sample feeding cone hole to finish ionization, and finishing online detection by the mass spectrum. The analysis method disclosed by the invention is capable of finishing rapid detection and representation for the main stream smoke without the need of carrying out pre-treatment and chromatographic separation on the main stream smoke of the cigarette, thus overcoming the defects of complicated steps, time waste and the like of the existing offline detection technology.
