The invention discloses a static device for rapid purification of low-concentration lead-containing wastewater by utilizing a biomass material, and is characterized in that the static device includes a coarse filtration unit and a fine filtration unit; the coarse filtration unit is composed of a lower-part water pump and an upper-part coarse filter screen material box; the fine filtration unit is composed of a lower-part water outlet cavity, a middle fine filter screen material box and an upper-part water inlet cavity, wherein the water outlet cavity is externally provided with a water faucet; the water pump of the coarse filtration unit is connected to the water inlet cavity of the fine filtration unit. The static device can flexibly and conveniently adjust the material ratio of stirring materials, changes the particle volume through adjusting a rotating speed, and finds out the best adsorption rate of a local biomass material; through the inserting / withdrawing screen material boxes, efficient filtration, blocking delaying and convenient screen replacement can be achieved; and a series of efficient and economic treatment process parameters are quickly found out through an instrument, and necessary parameters are provided for a low-cost physical pollution control process.
