The rubber sleeve plug penetrates the closing hole sleeve and a lower joint, the upper end of the rubber sleeve plug is connected with the closing hole sleeve through a first cutting pin, the lower end is connected with the lower joint through a second cutting pin, a plurality of through holes are formed in the closing plug sleeve circumferentially and are aligned and communicated with the circulation holes.
