The invention relates to a pad body adjusting method and device, and a terminal. The method includes the steps: determining an identity information and a spine position of a user located on the pad body; when the spine of the user is a deformed spine, determining hardness data of the current pad body for the user based on the identity information and the spine position of the user; and based on the hardness data of the current pad body and the spine position, adjusting the hardness of the pad body. With application of the embodiment, the terminal can determine the hardness data of the personalized pad body for the user with the deformed spine based on the position of the user on the pad body and the identity information of the user, and accordingly adjusts the hardness of the pad body, so as to enable the pad body to be better fitted with the deformed spine and improve the comfort degree.
