Under the electric field assisted comprehensive effect, the weld melting depth is increased, and the assistant effect on the melting bath of the liquid-state brazing filler metal for laser-arc melting-brazing is realized through electromagnetic stirring and excitation and enhancement, thereby promoting the orderly flow of the liquid-state brazing filler metal and the rupture, wetting, spreading and proliferation of the liquid-state brazing filler metal on the surface of the high metal material, improving the full mixing of the liquid-state brazing filler metal and the base metal formed by melting the low-melting-point metal material, improving the uniformity of the components of the brazed weld, stabilizing the welding process, reducing welding defects, increasing the welding speed, improving the weld formation, optimizing the structure and performance of the brazed weld, and improving the quality of the brazed joint. Method for preparing environment-friendly high-modulus glass fiber

The invention relates to an environment-friendly high-modulus glass fiber composition, and discloses a glass component combination used for preparing the high-modulus glass fiber. The glass fiber prepared by glass components is particularly applied to preparing glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material with higher rigidity requirement. The glass composition has no emission of harmful gas, greatly reduces the emission of greenhouse gas, and is an environment-friendly glass fiber formula. The environment-friendly high-modulus glass fiber composition is characterized in that: a blast furnace slag preferably serves as one of major raw materials for reducing the operational difficulty and prepares the high-modulus glass fiber, and the high-modulus glass fiber can be produced and wiredrawn on a tank furnace having an electro-boost structure on a large scale by adopting a direct method. The fiber mainly comprises the following main components: 57 to 62.5 weight percent of SiO2, 14.5 to 19.5 weight percent of Al2O3, 16 to 23.5 weight percent of RO (wherein RO is the sum of CaO, MgO, SrO and BaO), and less than and equal to 1.5 percent of alkali metal oxide. The glass composition and the adopted raw material mode are suitable for the mass production under the production technological condition of the electro-boost tank furnace, and the glass composition has low production cost.

Conductive paste for solar cell and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a conductive paste and a preparation method thereof. The conductive paste comprises aluminum powder, an inorganic binding agent, an organic carrier and metal-glass composite powder, wherein the metal-glass composite powder is of nano-particles and a core-shell structure, glass is used as a core material, and metal is used as a shell material. The conductive paste disclosed by the invention is good in storage stability and less prone to sedimentation and agglomeration, and the conductive paste is less prone to leakage from a screen during screen printing; after sintering, an aluminum film is smooth in surface and grey white, and has no aluminum vesicles or aluminum beads; and furthermore, the part in contact and superimposition with a back silver electrode, of the aluminum film is wiped by a non-dust cloth, and wiping traces and powder dropping can be avoided. The series resistance of the produced solar cell is reduced obviously, a filling factor is increased obviously, and the average photoelectric conversion efficiency of a monocrystalline silicon cell piece can be above 18.20%. Simultaneously, the conductive paste disclosed by the invention is good in construction performance, a film layer formed after sintering is compact, the sintering thickness is uniform, the bending of a silicon chip is small, the sheet resistance is small and the open circuit voltage (Voc) of the formed cell is high.
