The PTAT reference current generation circuit uses an external precision resistor to generate an accurate PTAT reference current with a positive temperature coefficient. The oscillation frequency of the tail current type ring oscillator has a linear relationship with the tail current, and the oscillation frequency has a negative temperature coefficient. The current mirror circuit mirrors the PTAT reference current with positive temperature coefficient to power the tail current type ring oscillator to compensate the negative temperature coefficient of the ring oscillator. This tail current type ring oscillator has the function of automatic anti-process dispersion.
