Embodiment Construction

[0046] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further specifically described below through embodiments and in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0047] The core of the present invention is based on the comprehensive application of IP multicast technology to form a new framework and solution for the video networking monitoring system. Multicast is a point-to-multipoint and multipoint-to-multipoint communication method, that is, multiple receivers receive the same information sent by a source at the same time. In multicast, the concept of group is very important. It can be seen from the definition of multicast that a multicast message is sent from one source to at least one destination node in a group. In ip multicast, the multicast group has an id number, which is called the multicast group id number, which specifies the destination group for sending messages, and is actually a class-d ip address, which is used to identify and address a group of ho...

Abstract

The invention discloses a video networking system based on multicast technologies and a state monitoring method. The invention provides a distributed video monitoring system composed of systems, equipment and applications networked in a super large scale. Problems of real-time state monitoring and massive index data collection are solved. Each host of the video networking monitoring system is designed into an active participant for state information acquisition instead of a passive provider for providing monitoring information within its responsibility scope. Hosts in the system coordinate with one another so that work is organically distributed and influences of serialization and single-point faults are prevented. State data are reused and distributed in the network formed by the hosts. Therefore, phenomena that a certain host node bears too many loads and cannot work normally can be prevented. The coordination mode is characterized in that the polling capabilities are enhanced every time new host nodes are added. The monitoring capabilities will not be enhanced any more only when the network formed by the hosts stops increasing. Meanwhile, polling is separated from data storage and data presenting. Possible redundancy problems between data storage and data presenting in certain conditions can be solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of information technology related to video monitoring, in particular to a multicast technology-based video networking system and a state monitoring method. Background technique [0002] With the construction and development of video surveillance, the scale of the video surveillance system is also expanding. Faced with more and more equipment, it is no longer possible to collect and manage the necessary system status information through manual inspection. For example, it is often reported in the society that the crime scene of some cases is in the area covered by video surveillance, but because the responsible video equipment is not working properly, the surveillance images cannot be obtained from it, which makes the investigation of the case miss the prime time and causes more harm to the victim. , and increased the difficulty of its detection, which led to the deterioration of the case and caused greater social impac...
