Embodiment 1

[0020] Take the dried and threshed tobacco seeds of Yunyan 105 and K326 respectively, and use a 16-mesh sieve to remove large pieces of capsule dander.

[0021] The seeds of the above two varieties were respectively taken for the following experimental operations:

[0022] Take 30g of seeds, put them into a 200ml beaker, add 100ml of organic medium solution with a density of 0.7g / ml, stir thoroughly for 2 minutes, and let stand for 5 minutes. After the seeds are divided into 3 layers and the number of seeds in each layer does not change, take out the upper layer and Medium layer density ρ≤0.7g / ml seeds, spread on double-layer filter paper, place in a fume hood for 2 hours until there is no liquid on the surface, collect seeds and record as ρ 0.7 . Pour out the liquid medium in the beaker, filter it through filter paper, seal it in a cool place and store it for reuse next time.

[0023] Take out the seeds in the lower part of the beaker, put them into 100ml of organic medium ...

Abstract

A method for sorting tobacco seeds by using the densities of organic media comprises the following steps: sequentially adding a same batch of tobacco seeds into petroleum ether and chloroform mixed organic media with the densities respectively being 0.7g / ml, 0.8g / ml, 0.9g / ml, 1.0g / ml, 1.1g / ml and 1.2g / ml, sorting seeds in liquids with different densities by using the buoyancy of the liquids, preserving seeds at the middle portion and at the upper portion, and drying the seeds with different densities obtained after grading in the shade at room temperature to remove liquids on the surfaces of the seeds in order to complete sorting. Seeds with the densities of 1.0-1.2g / ml obtained after sorting are high-quality seeds with clean surfaces, regular germination, high germination vigor and high germination rate. The method has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, fast sorting, and repeated utilization of the organic media; impurities in the sorted seeds are mainly enriched in light and heavy seeds, so the impurities can be easily removed; compared with traditional water sorting, the method has the advantages of easy drying of the seeds, and no influences on the physiological or biochemical performances of the seeds; and compared with traditional winnowing and screening, the method has a more substantial high-quality seed sorting effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco seed selection, and in particular relates to a method for sorting tobacco seeds by utilizing the density of an organic medium. Background technique [0002] The selection and grading of seeds can remove impurities in seeds, remove unfulfilled or deteriorated seeds, improve the precision level of seeds, and then maximize the clarity, germination rate and vitality of seeds. With the development of refined agricultural production technology, the requirements for the quality of commercial seeds are getting higher and higher. Seed quality not only affects the yield and quality of agriculture, but also affects the survival and development of seed enterprises. [0003] Traditional seed winnowing and screening methods have poor sorting accuracy and are likely to cause mechanical damage to seeds, which cannot meet the needs of the development of the seed industry. The method of water selection or salt wat...
