Abstract

The invention discloses a lower mold structure with the convenience in mold storage. Convex bodies are formed at the left end and the right end of a lower mold seat respectively; buffer columns are arranged in front and back of the upper surface of each convex body respectively and are exposed out of protective sleeves respectively; a notch is formed in each convex body between the corresponding two protective sleeves; a guide column is arranged in the corresponding notch; corresponding limiting columns are arranged on the corresponding convex body on the outer sides of the two corresponding protective sleeves; two rotatable connecting plates are arranged on the two end surfaces outsides the two convex bodies respectively; a detachable storage column body is arranged on each connecting plate; and a sum of the heights of each storage column body and the corresponding limiting column ensures that a spring arranged on an eccentric swage on an upper mold seat corresponding to the lower mold seat is not in contact with the lower mold seat during storage. According to the lower mold structure disclosed by the invention, with connection of upper and lower molds through the connecting plates, dislocation of the upper and lower molds in the transportation process can be avoided, so that molds are ensured not to be damaged in the transportation process; and when the upper and lower molds are stored, the spring of the eccentric swage is not in contact with the lower mold seat so as to be prevented from invalidating caused by long-term stress, and thus the service life is prolonged.
