Abstract

Disclosed in the invention is a novel sealed constant-temperature double-load waveguide calorimeter comprising a sealed cylinder, a sealed cylinder cover, a working link, a reference link, a waveguide port, and a thermopile. The working link and the reference link are sealed by sealing rings of the sealed cylinder cover; and the 2-mm standard waveguide port is formed in the sealed cylinder cover at one side of the working link according to the waveguide dimension and is used for inputting a 2-mm-frequency waveguide. The reference link is used for providing a temperature reference for the working link and the working link is used for inputting a direct-current power and a microwave power, thereby changing a thermoelectric force of the thermopile with the temperature change. According to the temperature value of the reference link, a temperature difference thermoelectric force is obtained; and then a microwave power value is obtained by calculation. According to the technical scheme, with the double-load calorimetric technology, the temperature control on the calorimeter is realized by a constant-temperature water tank; and the 2-mm calorimetric power standard is set and the power level is 1mW. A valuation transfer demand of a power parameter in a frequency range of 110GHz to 170GHz can be satisfied.
