A water tank (17) is separately connected with a refrigerator (2) and an oxygenating pump (3) through a condenser pipe (5) and an oxygen gas pipe (4) correspondingly; the water tank (17) is connected with an atomizer (19) through a water pump (16) and a water outlet pipe (6); the water tank (17) is connected with a water return ditch (20) through a water return pipe (18); an atomizing tank (8) and a mist spray pipe (11) are mounted at the top of the interior of a refrigerating tank (13); the atomizing tank (8) is connected with the mist spray pipe (11); a mist spray nozzle (12) is formed on the mist spray pipe (11); the atomizer (19) and a blower (7) are mounted in the atomizing tank (8); and a pressure limiting valve (9) and a temperature sensor (10) are mounted on the inner wall of the refrigerating tank (13).
