The invention discloses a portable respiration appliance which comprises a casing which can be carried, a negative high-pulse power supply and an anion launching head, wherein the negative high-pulse power supply and the anion launching head are arranged in the casing; the anion launching head is screwed to a mounting seat and is composed of a launching needle and a carbon fiber beam launching head; and an external socket is also formed in the casing and used for arranging an electrostatic precipitation mask. Preferentially, the electrostatic precipitation mask is composed of an electrostatic precipitation net core clamped between two outer coatings; a carbon fiber beam anion launching head is arranged on the electrostatic precipitation net core; the input end of the carbon fiber beam anion launching head is connected in parallel to the input end of an electrostatic precipitation net on the electrostatic precipitation net core; and the input end of the carbon fiber beam anion launching head and the input end of the electrostatic precipitation net are electrically connected with the external socket through the same plug. The portable respiration appliance has the beneficial effects of having the double functions of air anion purification and electrostatic precipitation, remarkably improving the quality level of air, having simpleness in structure and convenience in use and providing a high-quality respiration environment for people during travel.
