Abstract

The present invention provides a complementary type pulp distributing method of a headbox. The method comprises the steps of (a) providing a complementary type pulp distributor, wherein the complementary type pulp distributor is formed by stacking two rectangular tapered pulp distributing total pipes having the same structure up and down, the two rectangular tapered pulp distributing total pipes are symmetrical left and right and are not connected with each other, the two rectangular tapered pulp distributing total pipes are connected to a mixing chamber through respective branch pipes at corresponding positions, and the mixing chamber is provided with discharge pipes; and (b) enabling pulp to oppositely flow into inlets of the two rectangular tapered pulp distributing total pipes and enter the mixing chamber through the respective branch pipes for mixing, and discharging the pulp through the discharge pipes after the pulp is mixed. According to the complementary type pulp distributing method, complementary type mixing of high flow and low flow can be achieved, the pulp in the mixing chamber tends to uniform, and the purpose of uniformly distributing the pulp is achieved.
