The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining the types and the requirements of to-be-optimized reserves, partitioning a power grid and converting the partition reserve requirements into the overall reserve requirements of the system, and then carrying out equivalent processing on a power and a reserve support of the external power grid; and aiming at the minimum sum of the power generation cost and the reserve cost, considering a power balance equation, output power constraints of generators, ramp rate constraints of various reserves, capacity constraints of various reserves, transmission line constraints and section power constraints, and determining an allocation scheme for various partition reserves of the power system. The method carries out joint optimization on active outputs of various partitions and various reserves under the premises of fully utilizing the interval support and meeting the section constraints, well achieves optimal allocation of resources and has certain reference value for power grid planning and operating.
