The biopsy gun comprises a shell with a cavity, a sleeve is mounted in the cavity, an end of the sleeve extends out of the cavity, a first handle is mounted on the sleeve, the sleeve is provided with a puncture needle accommodating cavity along the length direction, the first handle can drive the sleeve to slide along the cavity, and a fixing assembly for fixing the puncture needle is mounted on the shell; a sample injection groove is formed in an end of the puncture needle, and the puncture needle is connected with the shell by the fixing assembly.
