The deployment method comprises: receiving a service link establishment request, and establishing a logic service link according to the service link establishment request and at least one pre-acquired service group, the logic service link comprising at least one service group; sending the logic service link to a virtual arrangement system, so that the virtual arrangement system instantiates the logic service link and then sends same to a service controller; and if a first acknowledgement message returned by the service controller is received, then sending an uplink and downlink service link identifier pair to the service controller via the virtual arrangement system so so as enable the service controller to generate a forwarding flow table according to the uplink and downlink service link identifier pair and the instantiated logic service link, and sending the forwarding flow table to a switch.
