Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an order sorting method based on a GIS map. The method comprises the steps that longitude and latitude coordinates are obtained according to the addresses of orders; a first delivery area to which the longitude and latitude coordinates belong is calculated; station location markers of the longitude and latitude coordinates and the first delivery area are displayed on the GIS map; according to a user instruction, the station location markers are moved to a second delivery area; the orders are associated with delivery stations of the second delivery area, wherein the delivery areas are delivery ranges delineated in the GIS map in advance for each delivery station. By means of visual display and operation of the GIS map, sorters can rapidly complete sorting operation; meanwhile, by means of visual operation, the sorters can rapidly well know the delivery areas in the charge of themselves, and therefore the professional skill is improved.
