system comprises a teacher module used for detecting the online state of each module and initialization of data fault information; a
server module used for calculating current flow values of related
electric power elements, an environment temperature, an
environment water level and mode information related to fire early warning and environment control; an electric adjustment module used for receiving
train operation state, position and line condition information sent by a row adjustment module, receiving
power consumption information, sent by a ring adjustment module, of each
electric power element and calculating the
grid voltage and display state of each
electric power element; the row adjustment module used for sending the a
train operation state, position and line condition information to the electric adjustment module and the ring adjustment module; and the ring adjustment module used for monitoring the operation state and position information of trains on the whole line and detecting whether each electric power element can carry out related operation according to a power illumination power supply
