The system comprises a numbering module, a verification module, a processing module and a sequencing module. By the method and the system, the vulnerable line affecting safe and stable running of the power grid is effectively and accurately identified, a positive and defensive measure is taken afterwards, and a power-off risk brought by a blackout accident is reduced to the greatest extent.
