The vacuum insulated glass sealing and evacuating method includes a glass blank setting procedure, a heating procedure, a sealing procedure, a first cooling procedure, an evacuating procedure, and a second cooling procedure. The heating procedure includes heating the evacuating furnace in the working temperature to the sealing temperature. The sealing procedure includes maintaining the sealing temperature within a preset time so that the sealant of the glass blank and the glass substrate of the blank can be fused, and a gap in the inner side of the glass substrate is sealed. The first cooling procedure includes cooling the working temperature to the evacuation temperature. The evacuating procedure includes preserving the working temperature at the evacuating temperature, and gas molecules in the gap of the blank are evacuated by the evacuating device.
