The variable-frequency pressurizing pump is in charge of regulating running water intake pressure, and water is supplied to the water supply equipment from the water tank; the running water intake pressure is detected by virtue of the remote transmitting pressure meter and the pressure controller; a fixed valid value of the running water intake pressure is transmitted to the control cabinet; after receiving the value, the control cabinet, in combination with pressure, required by high-building water supply, set by the remote transmitting pressure meter and the pressure controller on a water discharge pipeline, can regulate the running of the water pump of the water supply equipment in accordance with the two pressure values, so that the water pump can run to an efficient value; and when the running water intake pressure satisfies the high-building water supply, an electric valve is directly opened by virtue of the control cabinet so as to supply water to floors; therefore, energy consumption is reduced and waste is relieved. By simulating such a circulating process, high-building water supply pressure and energy loss are detected, then user consumption required by users is detected by virtue of the electromagnetic flow meter and pressure fluctuation on pipelines is reduced by virtue of an air pressure tank, so as to further reduce energy consumption; and based upon various tests, the purposes of saving energy and optimizing a water supply scheme are achieved.
