The method comprises the steps of (1) building an economic dispatching model which comprises an objective function and constraint conditions; (2) carrying out hierarchical granulation on a power network; (3) carrying out network simplification, simplifying the network by adopting a Ward equivalent method and effectively reducing network nodes; and (4) optimizing the power flow of the network by adopting a granular computing method. The granular computing-based economic dispatching method of the line power flow has the beneficial effects that considered factors are comprehensive; the computing accuracy is improved; a strategy of hierarchical granulation solving is provided, the solving time can be shortened and the solving efficiency is improved; and for a large-scale power network, if a reasonable hierarchical granular computing method is adopted, the convergence problem can be solved and the computing speed can also be improved.
